Alte Tenne event location – Celebrate in a rural setting with a historic atmosphere and Mediterranean flair. The Alte Tenne event location, part of the Strammen estate, offers you the opportunity to celebrate birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries, or to hold training courses, seminars, and company outings in a quaint, rustic setting.

The “Alte Tenne” on the Stammen estate is located directly on the Diemel river, nestled in an approx. 6-hectare estate with canoe rental, camping, beer garden, and extensive dining options. In front of the “Alte Tenne” towards the Diemel river, there is also a large outdoor event area (meadow/terrace approx. 1000 sqm), where pagoda tents, fire pits, etc. create a Mediterranean atmosphere with a view of the Diemel river when the weather is nice.

 

The Stammen estate is a farm complex dating from the late 17th century – here you can plan your dream event individually. The “Alte Tenne” can accommodate approx. 60-110 people indoors, and in fine weather the outdoor area in front of it can be used for much larger groups.

In addition, all activities such as canoeing, archery, cycling tours, etc. can be booked in the event area to make the event an unforgettable moment. You can stay overnight at our campsite in your own tent, camper van, caravan, or in our camping barn. Several country hotels are easily accessible in the immediate vicinity (approx. 2 km) of the farm.
