Learn the very original way of shooting with a bow and arrow.
During our day course at Hofgut Stammen you will learn the basic elements of intuitive archery.
You familiarize yourself with different bows and practice your inner and outer posture. With this you align yourself optimally with your goal and sharpen your senses for what surrounds you. 
You will learn the most important terms, technical correlations in archery, shooting techniques and safety rules.
After a short introduction to the theory, you actively face the challenges of archery and experience how your body and mind affect the bow and arrow. 
Consciously letting go of your thoughts and the string is absolutely fascinating and after a short time you become more and more accurate.

In the morning we shoot from different distances on the target and practice shooting over the spatial field of view.
During the lunch break you can enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant (self-pay).
In the afternoon we put into practice what we have learned during a course walk with several stations or in our indoor shooting cinema.
Due to our huge bow barn we have the possibility to hold the seminar at any weather conditions.
